About the role
A mid-sized construction company in Charlo is hiring for this role. You will lead the accounting and finance functions across the group and provide the analysis that supports operational and strategic decisions. The role exists to strengthen financial controls and processes and to develop the accounting team.

- Own budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
- Strengthen controls and financial processes
- Develop the accounting team and give recommendations to leadership

- Experience leading accounting and finance functions
- Working knowledge of construction job costing
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management skills
- A track record of improving controls and financial processes
- The ability to develop a team and turn analysis into clear recommendations
