What you'll do
- Build and operate production-grade web scraping and data acquisition systems, primarily in Rust
- Design resilient pipelines and proxy strategies
- Create tools for fleet monitoring and automated recovery
- Maintain heterogeneous distributed infrastructure and diagnose production issues
- Reverse-engineer target websites and APIs
- Work with analysts and researchers to deliver reliable, fresh data
What you bring
- Experience building production-grade scraping or data acquisition systems
- Rust skills for backend and pipeline work
- Comfort with distributed infrastructure and troubleshooting live production issues
- Ability to reverse-engineer websites and APIs
- Clear communication with analysts and researchers
