About the role
A large biotechnology research company in Austin is hiring for this role. You will oversee a portfolio of centres and own their operational performance, quality compliance and audit readiness. The role exists to diagnose operational issues and put practical fixes in place alongside centre leaders and corporate teams.
What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of centres and drive operational performance
- Lead process improvement across the centres
- Maintain quality compliance and audit readiness, and engage with regulators
- Partner with centre leaders and corporate teams on staffing, employee matters and leadership development
- Diagnose operational issues, implement solutions and uphold facility standards
What you bring
- Experience managing operations across multiple sites or centres
- Working knowledge of quality compliance, audits and regulatory engagement
- The ability to diagnose operational problems and implement solutions
- Skill partnering with leaders and corporate teams on staffing and people matters
