About the role
A mid-sized home health care services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. The company needs someone to build and operate its end-to-end hardware supply chain, from international factories through a Canadian warehouse and a US third-party logistics provider. You will own the process from forecasting through delivery.
What you'll do
- Run forecasting, purchasing, inventory, replenishment and delivery across international factories, a Canadian warehouse and a US third-party logistics provider
- Establish operating procedures and performance tools for the supply chain
- Manage consumer and partner shipments
- Create a returns process covering diagnosis, repair, refurbishment and redeployment of hardware
What you bring
- Experience managing a hardware supply chain end to end
- Working knowledge of forecasting, purchasing, inventory and replenishment
- Comfort working with overseas factories and third-party logistics providers
- Ability to build procedures and performance tools where none exist yet
