About the role
A mid-sized real estate company in Austin is hiring for this role. You will look after the upkeep of the property's facilities and grounds, planning and coordinating maintenance and cleaning work so the site stays safe and in good repair. You will also supervise and train the workers who carry that work out.

What you bring
- Experience carrying out and overseeing facility maintenance and repairs
- Experience supervising and training workers
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements, and the discipline to make sure the work meets them
- Ability to manage inventory and equipment and to meet deadlines
