The company also needs a finance partner for leadership on project performance, cash and growth, including acquisition integration.

- Run FAR-compliant cost accounting and project finance
- Manage audits and lead the finance team
- Partner with leadership on project performance, working capital, cash management and growth
- Strengthen financial controls and processes, and support acquisition integration
What you bring
- Senior-level experience leading accounting operations and a finance team
- Working knowledge of FAR-compliant cost accounting
- Background in project finance, tax compliance and audits
- Ability to advise leadership on working capital and cash management
- A record of improving financial controls and processes
