About the role
A mid-sized software development company in Montreal is hiring for this role. You will lead the strategy, structure and performance of the Billing and Collections functions. The role covers invoicing, collections, revenue recognition and the controls around them.
What you'll do
- Lead the Billing and Collections functions, including end-to-end invoicing and collections
- Oversee revenue recognition and related controls
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding to resolve billing issues
- Analyze SaaS metrics and report on revenue performance
- Support financial reporting and audits
- Improve revenue processes across teams
What you bring
- Experience leading billing, collections and revenue recognition
- Working knowledge of revenue controls and audit support
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial reporting
- Ability to work with Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding teams
